Standard processing time for orders is 7-10 business days. There may be delays due to COVID-19. All orders ship first class mail which is 2-5 business days.

Please understand that all sales are FINAL. There are no refunds, returns or exchanges. Please make sure you put the correct address and info when checking out. Refunds will not be issued due to you putting the incorrect address and info. Stellar Cosmetix is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, once it is in the PO’s hands it’s out of our control.
